Turbulence Training Transformation Day 5 - Intermediate Workout B

My Back felt somewhat better today. The main focus was to make sure to bend my knees more whenever I bend over. It must be a bad habit not to.

I did the workout B from the intermediate workout. This one wasn`t as rough as workout A. It`s amazing how many great exercises you can do with an exercise ball. I should have gotten one a long time ago.

I also cut the grass with my new mower. It`s manual so it`s a great source of exercise. It was the first cut so I`m sure it took longer then it should have.

In the evening I played a little soccer with my kids. By the end of the day my legs were killing me.

I definately burned a lot of calories today. Tomorrow should be a lot lighter in the activity department and I`m getting a massage. Next workout will be Saturday.
