Today I started my first workout which was Intermediate Workout A. It was a good workout. I only used 10 lbs weights since it was my first workout in a while.

Fat Loss Intermediate Workout A Subsitutions

I subbed a couple of the exercises. I don’t have an incline bench so I used the exercise ball pressed at an incline. I also changed the DB Rear-Delt Raise into more of a row. I have been told not to do flys since I have dislocated my shoulder twice. Doctor advised to stay away from them. Surgery should be in Sept 2012.

Turbulence Training for Fat Loss

By the end of the workout I was gasping for air. For the intervals I did a circuit from the bodyweight cardio. I had to sit down for about 20 min after the workout. I guess I was more out of shape then I thought.
