My 6th Week of the 11th Turbulence Training Transformation Contest
This is week 6 of my Turbulence Training Transformation in the 11th Transformation Contest. It was another great workout week. I picked up some new workout equipment and took my 6 week transformation pictures and measurements at the end of the week. I was stunned by the difference in my pictures.
Turbulence Training Transformation Contest Day 36
It was a workout day off today. I did a little bit of cleaning today. Went to Canadian tire to get some weight but the only ones they have are too big for dumbbells. Going to have to check somewhere else tomorrow.
I’m starting another fast tonight. This is the beginning of week six. 6 more days to go for my 6 week transformation.
Turbulence Training Transformation Contest Day 37
Today I went and picked up some new dumbbells. Now I can use different weights for supersets. These ones have a nicer grip then my others and have the spin-lock which makes it easier to change weights. Hopefully next on my list is a couple gym quality mats and maybe a solid pullup bar.
I did workout B from the 2K4 workout today. This is the best workout I’ve done so far. My legs are sore now. They are getting a lot stronger and my knee isn’t bothering me anymore. I guess it just needed more muscle.
I had 2 turkey burgers for dinner after my fast that lasted 23:30. They are pretty good and only 170 calories each. I also had some grapes as a snack in the evening.

Today was a workout day off. I did some cleaning around the house and played with the kids. I began another fast after dinner around 5:30pm.
Turbulence Training Transformation Contest Day 39
Today I continued cleaning all day till about 4pm. I was fasting for the day. We went for a swim at my parents. I’m basically just walking around in the shallow end while the kids swim. My fast ended at around 6-6:30. Had a hamburger. They were huge. A bit too many calories. Then I got home around 8 and did more cleaning followed by Workout A of 2k4. I upped the weight and the workout was good. Next time I’m going to have to increase the weight again. I also had some grapes after my workout.

I had a nice relaxing day today. I started another fast after dinner at 5:30pm.
Turbulence Training Transformation Contest Day 41
Today I continued fasting till dinner time. I got a haircut, and cut the grass in the morning. I did Workout B at around noon. I upped my weights by 5lbs each. Those Bulgarian split squats are still giving me a hard time. It’s a tricky exercise. That second superset is killer. I think my legs are going to be a lot stronger after this 2k4 workout.
Turbulence Training Transformation Contest Day 42
Today was a workout day off. I did my measurements and wrote my essay for the 6 week contest. I couldn’t believe the difference when I compared the two pictures. I think the side view was he most difference. I’m so pumped to see what I can do for the final 6 weeks.

This just in six week turbulence training??? shocks!!! I’m jealous that fast??? I wanted to loss weight and it takes me a months just to loss 3lbs. I want to try this.
