My 4th Week of the 11th Turbulence Training Transformation Contest
It’s the 4th week of my Turbulence Training Transformation from May 22 – 28. This is the last week I’ll be doign the Intermediate level Turbulence Training fat loss workout. I am also continuing on with the Eat Stop Eat Lifestyle.
Turbulence Training Transformation Contest Day 22
Workout Day off today. Did a 30 min walk with the wagon. I woke up early which may have been because I did the ESE the day before.
Turbulence Training Transformation Contest Day 23
Today I did my workout in the later afternoon. I didn’t really even feel like working out though. I had been watching the kids all morning and felt lazy. It was a great workout though. My knee was bothering me on the reverse lunges. Next time I should do a warmup with the reverse lunges as well. I also upped my weight today as well. Starting to drip sweat after the second superset.
I started my second day of ESE after dinner. Everyone was eating cookies and I was just watching them. Trying to keep my hands off them. Going to try to keep busy tomorrow since I won’t be eating till dinner.
Turbulence Training Transformation Contest Day 24
Today is my workout day off. I’m on my second day of fasting for ESE. I stayed busy working all day and it was nice that I didn’t have to stop to eat. Got a lot done and had a chicken breast with corn and salad for dinner.
Turbulence Training Transformation Contest Day 25
Woke up early today. Seems like this seems to happen the day after fasting. I had some Kashi cereal with fruit for breakfast, a grilled chicken sandwich for lunch and salmon, potatoes and salad for dinner. I worked out at 8:30pm while watching the game. I’m pooped now. I don’t really care for the late night workouts. Didn’t have any time during the day. I also had a protein shake after my workout.
Turbulence Training Transformation Contest Day 26
My workout day off today. I actually ate McDonalds for lunch. I had the southwestern chicken combo. I subbed the pop with a black coffee to cut the calories down. I cut down my snack in the evening since my lunch went a bit overboard.
Turbulence Training Transformation Contest Day 27
My final workout of the Intermediate workout. I did the workout during my fast. It was at about hour 19 of the fast. The workout went as it normally does. The fasting didn’t hurt the workout.
Turbulence Training Transformation Contest Day 28
Today was a workout day off. I think I’m coming down with something since my throat hurts. I must be getting the cold that the kids have. I had some eggs and fruit in the morning, a grilled chicken sandwich for lunch and a couple pieces of pizza for dinner with salad. I also had some strawberries in the evening.
