My 11th Week of the 11th Turbulence Training Transformation Contest

This is my 11th Week of the 11th Turbulence Training Transformation Contest. It was from July 10-16. It was my 3rd week of the Buff Dudes Hot Chicks workout. I’ve still been keeping my calories low  as well as fasting for 2 times this week. I am getting to the point that I am thinner then I’ve ever been.

Turbulence Training Transformation Contest Day 71

No workout today as it’s a workout day off. I did however finish cutting the grass and did the trim. I also did some vacuuming inside.

In the afternoon we went for a swim.

Breakfast: 2 slices of toast with peanut butter and honey. Glass of milk. 400 Calories

Lunch: Hamburger. 600 Calories

Dinner: Sausage on a bun, salad without dressing, veggies, watermelon, 600 Calories

Snack: 1/2 glass of apple juice and an apple. 150 Calories

Total: 1550 calories.

Turbulence Training Transformation Contest Day 72

Today was Workout A from the Buff Dudes Hot Chicks workout. It’s the thrid week of this workout. It was a rough workout. I waited till 3pm to do my workout. Those bulgurain split squats are still killing me. I upped my weight by 5lbs.

Meals for the day were
Breakfast – 2 eggs with cheese and a glass of milk. 400 Calories
Lunch – Tuna sandwich and a glass of vegetable juice. 500 Calories
Dinner – Pork chops and rice. Estimate 600 calories
Snack – Strawberries. Less then 100 calories

Total 1600 Calories

Turbulence Training Transformation Contest Day 73

Today was a workout day off. In the morning and afternoon I did some parging at my parents house. I also went for a swim with the kids in the afternoon. There is my activity for the day. My glutes are killing me from crouching an kneeling. My back was a bit sore too.

My meals:
Breakfast: 2 pieces of toast with honey and cinnamon. A glass of milk. 400 calories
Lunch: two pork chops and a glass of vegetable juice. Estimate 600 calories.
Dinner: Lasagna, salad and garlic bread. 600 Calories
Total Calories 1600

I began my fast at 5:45 pm.

Turbulence Training Transformation Contest Day 74

Only 10 days to go. I’m getting closer to a six pack every day. Today was a fasting day. In the morning I helped my dad with some parging. In the afternoon I did my Workout B from Buff Dudes and Hot Chicks workout. I think this is the easiest of the three. The shoulder presses are a bit rough because I haven’t been doing any type of shoulder press for a while. (Doctor’s orders). My shoulder is feeling ok doing them though as along as I don’t overdo it. At least at home I don’t have anyone bumping into me while I am working out. Once I was working out at the gym doing incline presses and some kid bumped into the barbell as I lifted it up. Let’s just say it wasn’t good for my shoulder. It felt loose again.

For dinner I had chicken with rice and an apple. I didn’t have any snack after.

Turbulence Training Transformation Contest Day 75

Today was a workout day off. Took the kids around the block in the wagon a couple times. I moved some stuff from storage for the garage sale.

Meals for today.
Breakfast: 2 pieces of toast with peanutbutter and honey, glass of milk. (I know I pretty much rotate 3 breakfasts) 400 Calories
Lunch: rice and a pork chop, apple Around 600 calories
Dinner: ricen and chicken. Around 600 Calories
Total 1600 Calories

Started a fast after dinner. Going to do workout C while fasted tomorrow.

Turbulence Training Transformation Contest Day 76

Only 8 More days after today. I was fasting today. I went to the chiropractor in the morning and then for a swim.

I did my workout at around 3:30. It was about 22 hrs of fasting at that time. Great workout. I was panting like a dog. Dripping sweat everywhere.

For Dinner I had 2 pieces of vegetarian pizza. 440 Calories
In the evening I had a small glass of applejuice, an apple and strawberries. 170 Calories.

Total Calories 610. That was a low day. The six pack is starting to show. I can’t stop looking in the mirror. LOL

Turbulence Training Transformation Contest Day 77

It was a workout day off to day but I got lots of activity in. I took my son to soccer in the morning, packed up and moved out things that we didn’t sell at the yard sale in the afternoon, and took the kids for a swim in the evening.

Meals for today:

Breakfast: 2 pieces of toast with peanutbutter and honey, Glass of milk. 400 Calories
Lunch/Snack: 2 apples. 160 Calories
Dinner: Grilled chicken with some salad and mystery vegetable caserol. 600 Calories?
Snack: Apple and banana, 180 Calories

Total Calories 1340

Turbulence Training Transformation Contest Week 11 Summary 

 It’s been kind of rough keeping the calories down for the 11th week. Only 1 more week to go in the contest. I think I’ll have a maintenance week at the end. I still haven’t choosen a Turublence Training Workout for after the contest. I hear there is a 2k11 Abs workout coming out but I am not sure what equipment I would need for the exercises. Hopefully the voting for the 6 week will be going on soon as everyone has already submitted their entrys.
