5 Things I am doing to keep the cravings away

I’ve been cutting my calories for a full week now. Going along pretty good in the Turbulence  Training Transformation Contest. At first I seemed to be hungry a lot but now my body has adjusted and I don’t feel the hunger pains anymore.

5 Things I am doing to keep the cravings away

  1. Brushing my teeth after meals or chewing gum. (I read somewhere that tasting the left over food in your mouth will cause you to want more and desert as well.)
  2. Drinking pleanty of water. (Sometimes when we feel hungry we are just dehydrated. Drinking more water will also make you feel full.)
  3. Stearing clear of the bad foods by keeping them out of the house and work area. (Don’t buy bad foods and you won’t be forced to eat them. It makes it easier to stay under control.)
  4. Eating more fruits and vegetables. (Natural foods are better for you.)
  5. Drinking Green Tea (It’s a great antioxidant. It seems to make me feel full as well.)

It’s mostly about what works for you. Give these 5 things for keeping cravings away a try and leave your comments as to what works for you.
